Progress in the selected market or project is monitored regularly, with the Client alerted to key developments. It involves accessing & assimilating many diverse information sources including:
- Country and regional strategy papers.
- Donor agency policy documents.
- Project Identification Documentation (e.g. the World Bank PID & its equivalent)
- Project Appraisal documents.
- Global Environment Facility (GEF) project pipeline entry & GEF Secretariat Project
Approval Submissions.
- Procurement Notices and progress reports.
- EU aid financing agreements.
- And more.
ABD also establish & maintains contact networks with key aid agency staff to identify progress.
